These terms apply when you download Unfela, use it, or buy a license. By doing so, you agree to them.
Free and Mac Pro
Unfela is free to use for up to 50 new documents a month. A Mac Pro license is a one-time purchase that removes the monthly limit and unlocks the features listed on our pricing. It doesn't expire and doesn't renew.
Buying
Purchases are processed by Polar, which acts as our merchant of record and reseller. Polar handles payment, invoicing and sales tax or VAT, and Polar's terms apply to the payment. Prices are shown before you pay. The license is e-mailed to the address you give at checkout.
Your license
A Mac Pro license is for you (or, if a business buys it, for the one person who uses it), on the Macs you use. You may not share, resell or publish your license file, or try to get around the license check. We may refuse to reissue a license that has been shared publicly.
Your documents and numbers
Unfela marks every value it extracts as Verified, Needs Review or Missing, and says why. It helps you, but it doesn't replace your judgment or your accountant's. You remain responsible for checking the figures you file, book or pay, and for keeping your own backups of your documents.
Updates
We may update Unfela to fix problems or add features. We aim to keep Mac Pro working on supported versions of macOS, but we can't promise that every future macOS version will be supported.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy.
Warranty and liability
Unfela is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it will be free of errors or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't affect licenses already bought on the terms that applied then.
